In 2023, ARISE raised an impressive $46,339 with the support of 649 individual donors during 401Gives. Notably, the organization secured the "Most Unique Donors" award, a testament to the grassroots and community-centric approach that underlines ARISE's work.

In addition to directly supporting ARISE's transformative programs and vital advocacy campaigns, your donations play a pivotal role in sustaining our youth activists. ARISE's youth leaders, all of whom are BIPOC students aged between 12 and 18, receive stipends, meals, and transportation, ensuring they can fully engage in the work they love and contribute to creating positive change.

Grant funding can be elusive for aspects of our work that may not always seem "exciting" but are undeniably essential. Your donations contribute to the costs of weekly stipends, program maintenance, and other foundational elements that keep ARISE running smoothly. Your commitment ensures that our youth leaders have the consistent support they need to carry out their advocacy effectively.

Some of our most impactful campaigns, such as CounselorsNotCops, tackle systemic issues that may not always align with traditional funding sources.
